Thank you for seeing me on short notice I was in pain .my former dentist only can see me on weekends I could not been seen by his partner during the week cuz they can't share patients something like that.

We just love how we are treated at this office. It is a refreshing change to the norm of cattle car like medical practices that seem to permitted our area. As a parent we strive for the best care for our kids…I think we made a great choice picking this Dental office that was highly recommended … the Dentist and dental asst., were perfect from beginning to end answering all my questions and concerns…to finding a solution …with up to date equipment and very clean as well… the Front office ladies that were so welcoming from the time we walked in to the time we left! Look forward to my daughters upcoming visits, even she was happy with the change to her new dentist … at 9 years old it’s a big deal for her to feel comfortable!!

I have moved around a lot and have been to a lot of dentists, but I can honestly say Dr. Jennifer Duncan's office is the most professional and friendly office I have ever been to. I love getting my teeth cleaned and my hygienist, Hollie, gave me a very thorough cleaning. Dr. Duncan was welcoming and friendly. They both explained to me the condition of my teeth and I felt very confident in their expertise. The office staff was exceptional, on the phone and in person! They gave me estimates quickly and worked with me as I am a self-pay client. The office was beautiful and I felt comfortable the whole time I was there. Dental care is one of the best things you can do for your health, and I am so glad I found Dr. Duncan's office!

I can truly say likely top 2% of dentist in coastal bend. Dr Jennifer Duncan second generation practice (father) in Portland TX. Not only is it an established practice that caters to personalized smaller town service but the level of highly trained professionalism by the entire staff (front desk personnel both dental hygienist as well for cross utilization is most certainly a major value add. For example I recently broke a tooth and i had no less than 3 professionals along with the doctor making sure all was taken care of with a crown (not temporary) and then reset the upper tray (remaining 5 months) on my Avisilgn keeping everything seamlessly on track remaining program factoring in the new tooth. I was in and out about 2 hours including properly processing the insurance paperwork. Portland TX is a great town, we are fortunate to have this personalized small town professional dental service, with the full range of capabilities / competence, embracing cutting edge technology

Dr. Duncan examined my teeth afterwards and thoroughly checked a few areas that are being ‘watched’. Mari - at the front desk was smiling as always.

I've just had my first appointment here, and it was a wonderful experience! Shannon was especially great and was careful to explain everything that was going on and was very understanding of my personal dental health situation. I only spent a short time with Dr. Duncan, but she was great, too. Looking forward to being a repeat customer!
I was having a dental emergency and when we called the office they scheduled me immediately. Not being a patient of theirs surprised me that they were able to squeeze me in. Office staff was very welcoming and professional. Dr.Duncan was very friendly knowledgeable and attentive, she made sure I fully understood everything regarding my dental Situation.

I actually enjoy going to Dr.Duncan’s Dental office. The dental hygienist is excellent, thorough and extremely gentle. She discusses all issues, explaining as she goes. They keep excellent records and pictures to help explain a problem to me. Dr. Jennifer will come in later and check my teeth and thoroughly explain any issues I have.
Fantastic service as always! Clean, well-run office and I appreciate seeing the investment into latest/greatest dental technology! I have no reason to look anywhere else for my dental care, despite traveling from Corpus.

We were traveling and I needed a crown reattached. I called on Monday and they got me in at 12.00. I went in they did a thorough exam to make sure they wasn't any damage. Cemented back in and a final check and was on my way. Paid the price I was quoted. I am glad to say when I am traveling through again I will have a Dentist in the region! All I can say I’m very hesitant when it comes to seeing dentists. I had a very bad experience and it gives me anxiety to even think about going to a dentist. When I arrived to see Jennifer Duncan I was greeted by her amazing staff. But when I met her, she immediately gave me a since of ease and a peace of mind. She is very professional and does great work. I had a chipped front tooth and she did an amazing job. I will definitely be seeing her more often. Thank you and your staff for all y’all do.

I love how thorough everyone is. Every part of the examination is explained in advance and nothing hurts. Dr. Jennifer always comes in to check on how I have been doing and examines me as well. The teeth cleaning process is carefully and thoroughly done.

Wow this appointment was the best I've yet to experience! I had the density scan and 3D scan and we discussed everything that has been going on with my teeth. The scan just blew my mind and it was so incredible to see during my appointment. I've had good experiences throughout my time here but this new technology provided a way for me to understand and see exactly what the staff has been seeing and our conversation was so empowering. I felt very involved in my care.
